We currently represent the most ultramodern weaving units which have in-house facilities for Warping, Sizing and Weaving Looms under one-roof. The each unit is having more than 200 Shuttle-Less Looms from Modern Sulzer and High Speed Air Jet and producing about 100 Thousand Meters per month including Double Width upto 360 Cms.

The units have state-of-the-art preparatory setup like Warping & Sizing Machines from Benninger of Switzerland & Karl Mayer of UK, Weaving Machines from leading brands like TOYOTA, JAPAN, PICANOL, BELGIUM. These units are strictly following ASTM 4 point Inspection System to ensure quality output of the fabric.

The units are producing Plain Weave, Twill & Drill Weave, Sateen Weave in 100% Cotton, Linen, Tencel, Micro Modal, Viscose, Cotton/Linen, Cotton/Lycra etc.,

We are working with the ultra modern knitting units having more than 150 Knitting Machines producing about 2000 Tons of the knitted fabrics per month, in diameter starting 16" to 36" in gauge from 18GG to 32GG.

The units are equipped with the most modern knitting machines from Terrot, Germany, Pai Lung, Taiwan, Smart, Taiwan, and Mayer & Cie, Germany. Most of the units can produce Single Jersey, Interlocks, Ribs, 3 Thread Fleece and Pique fabrics. There are open-width knitting machines producing the Cotton/Lycra with all feeders lycra. All yarns used in the units are Conditioned, Waxed and Contamination Controlled.

Our technical team monitors the on-line inspection at the time of production. And after production is completed, every roll is inspected by our quality controllers before the shipment, as per the 4-Point Inspection System.
